SOUND FAMILIAR?
AI can help prepare the first version. You check the work and make the decisions. These are examples you can explore, not live AI results.
Draft a reply from your facts and tone, then review it before using it.
Sort the priorities and make a plan that fits the time you have.
Turn approved service notes into a checklist someone can review.

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE APPROACH
Founder / Realtor / Developer
REAL WORK. PERSONAL GUIDANCE.
Joe is a Keller Williams realtor and developer who teaches people to apply AI to work they already care about. He has already helped people learn to use their own systems.
The aim is practical: build something useful, check the result, and leave you able to continue. You don’t have to know every tool to begin.
02 / FROM POSSIBLE TO PRACTICAL
No technical background needed. Bring your questions, your current tools, and one thing you wish you had time to finish. We’ll take it one useful step at a time.
Find the task or person that needs attention. Choose one useful outcome and define how to check it.
Capture your existing rules and preserve what works. Check native software features before adding tools or connections.
Do the task together. Run the next example yourself and practice spotting what needs fixing.
Keep your reusable prompts, approved rules, skills, checklists, and portable context. Add help when you want it.
YOUR PACE IS THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Choose what feels closest. We’ll show a possible first step—not a test you have to pass.
A local self-reflection exercise, not a skills assessment. Your selection is added to your consultation notes only when you choose to use it.
REAL PROJECTS / TRANSFERABLE METHODS
Explore the work behind the approach. See the patterns, understand the checks, and find a useful idea for your own business.
These project stories explain inspected source, documented planning, and training experience. They do not expose customer information, connect to live accounts, or claim measured business results.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE SYSTEM
Learn how to fish. Keep the fishing pole.
Your accounts. Your business knowledge. Your usable materials. We help you build the setup—and the judgment to use it.
Support is optional. Provider subscriptions, maintenance, and changing integrations can still have ongoing costs.
Optional resource · October 14, 2026 · Capabilities and suggested collaboration, not ratings.
01 / EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES
Pick a project. Explore its inputs, workflow, and review step. This is an interactive illustration of our approach—not a connected AI service.
Your rules become the reference.
Example only. No accounts connected.
No records changed or messages sent.
YOUR NEXT USEFUL TASK
Explore practical task recipes—including starting points for plumbing, HVAC, and landscape design. Find a useful first task, see who or what needs attention, and learn what to check and keep.
Illustrative task recipes. No AI runs or account connections occur here. Actual scope and tool compatibility are agreed separately.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
No. You don’t have to master every AI tool before you begin. Start with one task you already need to do, learn enough to finish and check it, and build from there at your pace.
Think of AI as your sous chef: it can organize information, draft a reply, or prepare a checklist. You check the work and make the decisions. Start with one preparation task, then expand once the results are reliable.
Learning and useful work can happen together. Training can include basic navigation, giving clear instructions, and checking the result.
That’s the first place we look. We review your computer, accounts, and existing software before recommending a setup. Compatibility, access, and provider plans can affect what’s possible.
Every workflow has a defined scope. Connections depend on the tools, permissions, and provider support available. We agree on what will be built, what needs your review, and what remains manual.
You keep your own accounts and customer materials, along with the training notes and agreed workflow handoff. Provider subscriptions, hardware changes, maintenance, and optional support may cost extra. Website-builder licensing and any third-party rights require separate written terms.
We review what data a task needs and which tools are appropriate before using it. Don’t put passwords, confidential client records, or medical information into this preview form. Healthcare and other regulated work require a separate assessment and appropriate data agreements; an AI setup does not automatically establish compliance.
Spend a free 30 minutes with Joe reviewing your current systems and tools, how you work today, your goals, and the gaps. Together, identify the setup, training, and integrations you may need. The outcome is a proposed starting project and scoped package; implementation follows separately. This local preview prepares your notes; a live booking link will be added before launch.
ONE TASK. ONE CONVERSATION.

PLANNED PROGRAM / KEEP LEARNING
Keep learning with weekly Zoom calls and practical take-home lessons. The plan is to record and transcribe each session, then review it into a reusable AI guide.
Bring the guide into your own AI to work through the lesson, apply it now, or save it to your own skills backlog for when you’re ready. You keep your downloaded guides.
Add weekly learning to my notes ↗Learn around a practical workflow, with reviewed examples and clear checks.
A downloadable guide is intended to help you repeat the workflow in your own supported AI session.
Work through it now or save enough context in a member-owned backlog to return later.
Downloading a guide does not run a workflow or connect your accounts. Pricing, enrollment date, recording-access terms, and support scope are still being defined. Custom implementation is scoped separately.
LEARN / BUILD / GROW
A planned Facebook community for curious people across industries. Questions, useful ideas, and things you’re learning to build.
